This forum is intended for call agents to ask pertinent questions, share their ideas, talk with other agents, and share tips for best practices. This course will provide an overview of SalesForce for OPH personnel.
Prior to receiving access to the Louisiana SalesForce Contact Tracing Platform, each Contact Tracer must review and acknowledge receipt of the State's Office of Technology Services End User Agreement. Once receipt and understanding of the agreement is selected, the Contact Tracer's name will be submitted to SalesForce which will allow the Contact Tracers to be provisioned into the Louisiana SalesForce Contact Tracing Platform.
The State of Louisiana is requiring all contact tracers who are not employed directly by the State to use Multi Factor Authentication in order to gain access to the Louisiana Contact Tracing Platform. This course will provide contact tracers with directions and job aids on how to download, install and configure the Multi Factor Authentication Application and authenticate with the State's server.
This course is designed to provide Agents with a base level of knowledge in identifying phishing emails and understanding the potential damage a phishing email can inflict on a computer to include the effects of Ransomware. This course will also provide each user with basic cyber hygiene and steps that can be taken to protect home networks.
